Q : What if I purchase the US Flag Subscription mid-year?

A : Your service will start on the next flag holiday and continue until you receive 4 flag installations.

Q : What subscription options do you have?

A: We offer two options: a 1-year subscription for $50, or a 2-year subscription for $90. We also accept donations.

Q : How long will the flag be placed in my yard?

A : We will drive a 4-foot steel rebar approximately 6 inches into you lawn, about 2 feet back from the curb. We then slide the flagpole onto the rebar. This creates a firm base that is durable for one day, and that can be easily removed with minimal impact to your lawn.

Q : Can I choose where the flag is placed in my yard?

A : We will try to place your flag in line with your front door, about 2 feet back from the curb. If you would prefer a different location, please indicate this on your order form.. IF you have irrigation or an electric pet fence that will be affected 2 feet back from the curb, please indicate this on your order form so we can be aware of it.

Q : What if there is no flag in my yard on the expected holiday?

A : Occasionally, a yard will get missed. If this should happen, please email us at unioncitybands@gmail.com to let us know, and we will get a flag out to you ASAP! Should this not happen in a timely fashion, we will extend your subscription to include 5 holidays.

Q : How do I renew the service for another year?

A : We will send you an email to offer you the option to renew for another year. Simply print the form and mail it in with your check.
